The Central Guest House impressed me right from the start. Location made everything easy. just a short walk to the cruise shuttle and local eateries. The room felt cozy with a comfortable bed. It was spotless, adding to my overall comfort. I appreciated the option for tea and coffee making, making mornings feel relaxing. However, noise from other guests was noticeable at times, impacting the peace I hoped for. Despite that, the inviting atmosphere and convenience to the port made up for it. I would consider staying again because of the positive aspects.

Cozy double room with a private bathroom felt updated and very nice. The location on a side street was easy to find, making it convenient for navigating the area.

The lack of soundproofing meant I could hear other guests as they entered and left, though it didn't bother me too much. Parking in the summer was tricky due to limited street spots, which could interfere with arrival plans.

Recommend for a temporary stay

Cozy room, friendly staff, the room was so clean with a comfortable bed that helped ease my usual hip pain, and it was conveniently located just a short 10-minute walk to the cruise shuttle.
